Everyone experiences fear. Whether it's the

The process of hypnosis is simple. You or
your hypnotherapist will relax your mind through a series of
breaths and counting. Once you're in a hypnotic state you'll be
able to probe your mind for the underlying cause of your fear
or phobia.
Hypnosis allows you to access the
subconscious part of your mind which acts as a storehouse of
