people or having the ability to give a presentation at work. Use your imagination and visualize the ideal outcome
in these situations. Once you've done this, you'll be ready to get the most out of hypnosis. You have to have a
replacement in mind when you enter a hypnotic state that will replace your old patterns of normal behavior. Coming
up with your ideal outcomes in a variety of social situations, will give you something to shoot for.
