Social anxiety and
shyness can make it hard to go about your daily
life. For some people, perhaps yourself, simple things like
talking to people at the grocery store or speaking at meetings

the negative thoughts away and concentrate on the things that

Next, you want to write down three to five
specific situations in your life that would improve if you
conquered your social phobias. These can be things like talking
with the opposite sex, being able to meet people or having the
ability to give a presentation at work. Use your imagination
and visualize the ideal outcome in these situations. Once
you've done this, you'll be ready to get the most out of
hypnosis. You have to have a replacement in mind when you enter
a hypnotic state that will replace your old patterns of normal
behavior. Coming up with your ideal outcomes in a variety of
social situations, will give you something to shoot for.
Hypnosis circumvents your worries and
anxieties about interacting socially with others. When you use
it for overcoming shyness, you'll be able replace limiting
thoughts at their source. If your new behaviors at your side,
you'll be able to conquer self-esteem issues and interact with
the world in a way you never thought you could before.
